LCRs win attorney fees in DADT case

Federal Judge Virginia Philips has ruled that White & Case, the law firm who represented the Log Cabin Republicans in a constitutional challenge to the military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy deserve attorney fees and expenses, even though a federal appeals court ultimately vacated her ruling in the organization’s favor.

    hey,
    I am new to this blogging site, and I’ve been looking for other bloggers in the LGBT scene. I came across your site and I have been trying to learn more about Log Cabin Republicans and what they stand for. Is it simply having conservative values other than in the areas of gay marriage? Or is it more than that? :) thanks for educating me,

      Hi Kaytee, thanks for checking out my blog. Log Cabin Republicans is a group made up of moderates and conservatives who believe in equality for all, and that inclusion wins.
